TOWSON, Md. — Fordham’s junior quarterback Mike Nebrich relied on a multitude of weapons as the Rams used a powerful offense to bury one opponent after another on their way to a program-record 12 victories. But they encountered a team with more firepower Saturday in the second round of the Football Championship Subdivision playoffs, bowing to Towson, 48-28, when the Tigers erupted for 21 straight points to begin the second half.
