Southwest Wake Athletic champ Middle Creek won three of the four all-conference awards, as voted on by head coaches. Linebacker Tom Hartshorn was defensive player of the year, kicker/punter Michael Rubino was special teams player of the year and Mike Castellano was coach of the year. Panther Creek running back Dorrel McClain was voted offensive player of the year. The first-team offense was led by Green Hope quarterback Luke Massei.
